4.1 Service Disclaimer
CommCore services are provided for professional development purposes. While we employ experienced professionals and evidence-based methodologies, we make no guarantees regarding specific career outcomes, salary increases, promotions, or other professional advancement results. Individual results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including your effort, application of concepts, organizational context, and market conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
4.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CommCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall CommCore's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the six months preceding the claim.
4.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages
CommCore is not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or damage to professional reputation. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if CommCore has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4.5 Force Majeure
CommCore is not liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms and Conditions when such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
5. Legal Provisions
5.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
5.2 Jurisdiction
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of CommCore services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
5.3 Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage parties to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. If you have a concern about our services, please contact us first so we can work together toward a resolution. Many issues can be resolved through direct communication without the need for formal dispute resolution processes.
5.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
5.5 Waiver
No waiver by CommCore of any term or condition set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by CommCore to assert a right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
5.6 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions or any rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of CommCore. CommCore may assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms and Conditions shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
6. Modification of Terms
6.1 Right to Modify
CommCore reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes, typically by posting a notice on our website or sending notification to the email address associated with your account if you have one.
6.2 Acceptance of Modified Terms
Your continued use of CommCore services after any modifications to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue using our services. It's your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.
